


I support this.All they need to do is update the rewards for the weekly CT/ST/WoD quest "The Gift of the Archmagus" to be something actually relevant.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.

Adding incentive by improving the rewards for Gift of the Archmagus? Absolutely!



Adding the current top tome (esoterics atm) as a reward to any content will keep it relevant. I don't know why so little content rewards us esoterics. Even adding 20 to the end of something older will encourage people to play it if they get bored of the selection we have now. :S

Well as Gift of the Archmagus is still ARR content, I'd probably say tack on a reward of 120 Poetics from 1-59, then like, 120 Law and 100 Eso for Lv60s. Yes agreed. At lv 60 give us different rewards. Not sure if that's hard to implement or something though...
Even if we are lvl synced to 50, we'll be assisting people through content as vets and helping the queue times.



Hell, just as an extra something-something for people leveling, I'd even say tack on an XP bonus of either 432,000 or even 864,000, as 864,000 is the exact number of XP needed to get from 50 to 51. And being a weekly quest that requires three full-scale raids to complete, I think that's a fair number of XP.


Just add a Raid Roulette for CT/ST/WoD, and BCoB 1-4.

I guess the people calling for this completely missed how Crystal Tower is entirely optional and can be completely ignored in regards to the rest of the game, like Coil. And given Coil isn't needed to access Alexander, what indication is there that Crystal Tower will have any impact on the next beer-and-pretzels raid?
