    Eos!! She's the best! I don't use Selene much anymore since they nerved her speed increase from 20% to only 3%. And Eos casts regens like a white mage and magic defense increase like a black mage lol!!!

    It was 20% of the skill speed STAT. The 3% is a actual 3% increase and probably a buff.

    The change to Selene's buff doesn't mean what you think it means.
