Also, think about it. If they shoved Neverreap and Fractal into high lvl, that could end up locking high lvl for people who aren't 60, seeing as how every time they've added new trials and such, you've had to do them to reunlock the roulette.

I'd prefer if the current High-Level Roulette be kept separate from level 60 dungeons.
