How to Dragoon Per Second: A DPS Paradigm

I'd like to ask the question again of what i200 weapon DPS should be looking like.

Parsed 1300 (HQ X-Pot instead of HQ Draco, + HQ Flint Caviar) on Faust, no padding.

I'm around 1250. Don't have MCH, AST or NIN either. I have a very slight delay double-weaving CDs tho ; ;
