Adding Legacy Tattoo to Mog Station

That is exactly what I am saying, Shneibel, having the tattoo does not mean that the person financially supported SE in the time of need, and NOT having the tattoo does NOT mean that someone did NOT support SE. It has no significance other than a timed event. There are other timed event items in the cash shop now. It would be something nice to have for players who would want a character from that storyline that for some reason was not able to play 1.0 during the denoted timespan.
