Clearly they have the time for the dungeon or trial because they hopped in the queue for it. I don't think it's being entitled to want people to actually do the content, especially when quits / forced disconnects often lead to a total group disband. Rather, I think it's entitled to think your time is worth more than 3-7 other people's time, and that's before you get into the matter of it not even being an issue of not having time but rather the person just didn't like the selection in a roulette that's very transparent about what content it contains.

Nah, he is clearly mad without knowing why people leave. Since I highly doubt he tracked each person down and asked why they left.

He just assumes they leave cause they don't like the roulette selection, yet there are other reasons why people may leave.

It's the assumption of "This is how my life is, so everyone's must be the same" mentality. Just because they came in with what they thought was enough time to play doesn't mean they calculated right. IRL can pop up whenever it wants in some peoples lives. Wife/Husband/Kids/Family priorities don't just stop when you are logged into a game.

Some people leave cause they don't want to do that particular dungeon, yeah, but not all cases are the same. Also try getting the same dungeon 5 days in a row from roulette that has like tons of dungeons to choose from. Yeah when I got the same dungeon on the 5th day I left. You can blame the RNG there not the player. Again, everyone has their own reasons for leaving and each have a right to do so.

So even if that person leaves one dungeon they hate out of 20+ they don't hate at least when they re-queue they will help others in another dungeon they don't abhor. Forcing people to do a dungeon they hate just cause RNG gives it to them is entitlement.
