Complete agreement with this. You could be hit by a bus tomorrow. Do you really want to waste another hour of your life waiting for newcomers to learn the mechanics in Aurum Vale?
Vertical progression is the problem, not the player base's response to it. Forcing long term subscribers to repeat content they hate, purely to keep lower level content viable for new players, is the issue.
It's not part of my curriculum to teach random new players how to play the game. Don't force this on me SE. I'm tired of it.

You are not being forced. Roulettes are voluntary.
I like the idea that if you leave, you lose the roulette bonus for the day. If you get kicked you should get to keep the bonus, but I am in favor of stopping the kick beggers somehow. Maybe make it impossible to kick someone who is offline and make them auto-leave within 3-5 minutes and get a 30 minute penalty.Kick beggers who stay online and afk can be reported and if they do it often, enjoy the ban!
You know what happened in WoW when they added a time penalty to getting kicked? My experience was that kick abuse didn't increase but the number of people begging for kicks and doing ridiculous fake dc's has been completely diminished.
