Most of that was before the buffs. I also told you I am not a math numbers person so will not defend your napkin math when you would step all over me on that lol. You also do not factor in most dps are melee oriented and more then likely you will get either arrow/balance/spire which provides more then just a 7% when you actually parse enough to get an average.
