Ishgard Housing Transfer System Unfair

With the amount of un-recoverable furnishings that many people have in their houses, I think it's only fair that some kind of transfer system be put into place for those of us that already have housing in one of the existing wards.

Which is one of the most ridiculous, stupid systems they could have come up with.

We cannot even upgrade houses without losing a ton of items. (When are we getting the option to remove these items without them being destroyed? Hmm? Maybe then I'll sell my personal house that I never use).

We cannot move houses without losing our airships (I mean really who's dumb idea was it to tie these to the workshop and not the FC?????).

It could be such a better system but it seems no resources are going into it.

If a company chooses to relocate it's headquarters IRL, many things are lost and the costs can be tremendous. The workshop is under ground, under the FC house. Logically if you sell that house, you would fill in the secret basement workshopto prevent anyone from making use of your super secret stuff, you'd then start over in a new location, building a new secret basement lab.

Have you ever moved a business to become a new startup? I have. Let me tell you DO NOT destroy furniture, items, electronics, etc. that you have. Things are only lost if you do not plan, have incompetent people, etc.

There is NO reason for items that have been painstakingly worked for to be destroyed. Ever. It amounts to going " oh look at all your hard work, let me just set it on fire". Yeah, that's a brilliant move.

And I really do despise it when people try to compare a video game to real life.
