The JP folk actually give well constructed feedback and responses while everywhere else players instantly create 20000000 of the same "CHANGE IT NOWNOWNOWNOWNOW" threads. I wouldn't respond to threads here compared to the JP forums either.

All of those responses indicate that the original poster in that situation was threatening to leave if X did not happen. Last I checked, threats were not very constructive.

Or worse is that any constructive feedback will be completely ignored and all anyone will continue to do in the thread is bash someone else with anything not as constructive. Typically someone will only read the first page, see something that bothers them, then immediately moves to respond to tell someone off. Doesn't matter if the very next page they were to apologize if they came off too blunt, or were corrected and were humble in accepting that. That's all ignored and you'll have several pages of people just replying to the first page.

while this is true(to an extent) when most of the thread starters ideas make something either mind numbingly easy or overpowered, its little wonder how some people are going to react to them.
