I disagree with this quite a bit. Why shouldn't glamour or desynthing be qualified as under need? Someone could have run a dungeon once and the gear upgrade drops and the other guy gets it for glamour but the one looking for glamour ran it 50 times already without a drop.

If I really want an item that is an upgrade for someone else, I will ONLY pass/greed on it instead of needing IF the person actually asks for it. Im not going to check their gear beforehand and even if I do I'm not giving it to them if they dont actually ask me
