Technically, we can't say that for sure. While that can be assumed (as its not in both places at once) we cannot say for certain yet

If you check the map, the Churning Mists and Sea of Clouds are not close enough for them to be the same ship. One would have the be on top of the other and the ship would look smaller at one of the areas or not be visible when it's completely under the clouds. It doesn't.

Hmmm, Could it be there is a Dock/Landing some where? I mean come on, even if they're computer driven they'd have to stop some time right? No matter how advanced the fuel would eventually get low and run out, then it'd crash into the ground and stop moving entirely. (Hmmm, wait a sec.)

They do both end up in the middle of the map and just sit there, but the locations aren't stacked on top of each other. In Sea of Clouds, it was next to the top of a peak. I just assumed it was sitting at a station to refuel or gather something. Refuel sounds more likely. It's clearly a pretty old ship, so it having to make a stop somewhere to refuel or possibly just recharge from whatever's under each map would make sense.

I've yet to see the one in the Sea of Clouds but I've seen the one in The Churning Mists a few times now. That definitely seems to be the case. I wonder what class of ship they are though. Cargo? Passenger? Prisoner? I can only assume the lack of Weapons means it's not a battle ship (Though Scout is Plausible). I'm not even entirely sold on them being Allagan in origen. As of now, I don't have enough visual data to make a guess yet. Can any one give me the X,Y Data on the Landing Sites so I can scope them out without the ships there? Might be something near by that provides a clue. (I'd think if it were to stop any where the Rookery would be a good spot for any personnel to land. But we all know how the Allagan loved their Unmanned systems.)

I've seen it in the middle north of the Sea of Clouds. From there, it moves east until it sinks into the clouds and then it ends up in the center of the map near a peak where it just sits there. Same in Asah in the Churning Mists...just sits there. Haven't seen it ride around outside Churning Mists yet. They're not exact coordinates, but it should be easy to find. I just sat in one place for a while waiting for it to pop up again in the first location I listed. Didn't take too long.

EDIT: Anyone know where that article went that named and pictured the new locations except one that was just marked "???"? I thought that might've been Neverreap for a while considering the colour and the name. The actual Neverreap didn't look like the name. Maybe that "???" location has something to do with the ship or is the ship. All I remember of what "???" looked like was a rectangle thing and it was red.

The airship dock near Helix looks too small for the Flagship. Maybe it was designed for it?

So? What you said doesnt prove nothing. Maybe is the same ship sometimes on the churing mists, sometimes times on the sea of clouds.

I know very well both areas are really separated. I think is you who should think bit more clear, with all respect
