UFO spotted in Sea of Clouds - The Truth is out there

At a guess, I'd say that the Ascians have been around since the First Astral/ Umbral Era... Perhaps even before then.
The Allagans had their era and it ended (though if they are all truly dead, we do not know...)

I just went out and saw the ship at The Sea of Clouds. It wasn't there too long before it sank into the clouds, but...that thing. It's pretty ridiculously huge. I've compared it to Neverreap from the entrance (when it wasn't there, but I imagined it being next to it where it was), and whatever it is is probably much larger than the ship Varis rode in on.

Are we sure there isn't even a quest yet where someone has seen it and is shitting their pants?

EDIT: It's currently sitting next to a mountain peak in the Sea of Clouds and also under whatever if is in the middle of The Churning Mists, so there's definitely two that we're aware of. Anyone got any ideas what if could be doing? If it wants to land, it probably could really quick.

Though, Ascians teleport without need of aetherytes. He could probably do the same for Warrior of Darkness unless he can do that as well. If these are allagan ships, what could've caused them to suddenly start appearing? Do we know if they only show up when you've completed Heavensward, or do people who haven't completed it see them too?

Technically, we can't say that for sure. While that can be assumed (as its not in both places at once) we cannot say for certain yet

If you check the map, the Churning Mists and Sea of Clouds are not close enough for them to be the same ship. One would have the be on top of the other and the ship would look smaller at one of the areas or not be visible when it's completely under the clouds. It doesn't.

Hmmm, Could it be there is a Dock/Landing some where? I mean come on, even if they're computer driven they'd have to stop some time right? No matter how advanced the fuel would eventually get low and run out, then it'd crash into the ground and stop moving entirely. (Hmmm, wait a sec.)

They do both end up in the middle of the map and just sit there, but the locations aren't stacked on top of each other. In Sea of Clouds, it was next to the top of a peak. I just assumed it was sitting at a station to refuel or gather something. Refuel sounds more likely. It's clearly a pretty old ship, so it having to make a stop somewhere to refuel or possibly just recharge from whatever's under each map would make sense.
