nah not a bug, it seems very fair the big trouble on that method is the waste of gathering scripts for the giant crane fly bait , the inefficiency on the desynth (50% sucess without buff, 65% at most with buff) and the low rate of platinum got from those fish (around 15% to get platinum) , and burn on cordials to keep getting it bite hq.

Why do you need it to be in hq? I thought it didn't affect the desynth.

really not needed, but seems it use patience to help it catching. Anyway Stupendemys desynth into platinum allagan wich worths 20k, but very very low rate too.

Since the fish bites after just a few seconds you can just reel in the hook if nothing bites by then. No skill called Patience needed .
