    There were actually plenty of shields leveling up, it was only until endgame where there weren't many options. Idk about you guys but I like options.

    options never existed. when SE decides to have a one-hand wand & shield, they replaced the 2-handed cane/staff in that set completely.

    if you want one-handed wand & shield, tell SE to have equivalent 2-handed cane/staff for us to choose, which I don't think they will do it.
