The new relic will probably follow a nearly identical path the first relic did. The only thing that is known about 3.1's relic is if a player has a Zeta they'll only have a small advantage to those that do not have a Zeta. My guess is that the Zeta is the base weapon for the new relic. Not sure what the base weapon would be without those that do not have Zeta.
