Wheres the part about the Unobtainiums? Get five pieces of unobtanium from each of the areas through FATEs. They have a .5% droprate for successful completion, and it has to be gold rating.
Also 2 star crafted HQ weapons melded with three VI materias. Nevermind that VIs don't even exist (or the carbonized matter) and we still don't have means of reliably obtaining V. The weapons also only have 1 meld slot.

And people constantly moaning about it in general because it takes longer than 1 play session to obtain... Honestly I think they should leave it out. Esoteric wpn for the casuals, Gordian wpns for the hardcore. GG!

You...have never actually read posts about people complaining about RNG, I have to imagine. You only vaguely heard of the concept and then made this ridiculous strawman argument.#1 "Why can't I have the relic for free, I have a zeta."

Going to agree on Ryu with your post.#1 "Why can't I have the relic for free, I have a zeta."

You must understand that the issue with RNG back in Relic 1 was not the issue people could not obtain their relic faster in 1 attempt or around 10 or less but the main issue was that a select few players could obtain their Relic items within 1 turn or around 10 attempts or less while others that have put more effort than these players would continue to not obtain their Relic Weapon despite putting ten times or more effort into their relic.
On release of the New Relic set for Relic 1 involving RNG a few people already have obtained their New Relic within the first 3 days due to RNGod favoring them with instant or almost intant gratification with their RNG Drop while others have yet to obtain half of their drops yet due to RNGod not favoring them from both Hardcore and Casual player base.
Plenty of Hardcore players were upset about the RNG issue as well due to how RNG being RNG can not be controlled by effort which these players put a lot of effort into but still given nothing in return while others who have put less effort and/or put less effort into the game gets their Relic due to RNGod favoring them.
