U gotta assess the party, the individuals and the fight. And ontop of that is the card rng so u gotta know how to improvise with what u have. No point in holding a card for a whole phase just so u can "prep" for that buster on phase 2. Sure there are guidelines, tho it doesn't mean it'll always be accurate to ur situation.
