Wow, good job on this. Glad to see more of the community getting in on making useful tools like this. Now, anyone have a working parser?

there is a working parser if you look hard enough.
I would give a direct link, but I'm afraid the author would get a cease and desist from SE because they care more about 3rd party software than RMT and botting.

I know of several I don't know of any that are complete, and contain a complete damage breakdown by skill (avg/hit rate/high/low). Not knocking the current parsers, but they don't really serve my needs.
