Make the Glamour Quest in Revenant's Toll level 1, so anyone if they make it there as a reward can get the quest. Also make it where you can glamour low level items with higher level ones.

Lv.1 players can get to Mor Dhona very easily, leave Gridania from the north gate to North Shroud, to West Coerthas and Mor Dhona. can be done in 5 minutes or so.
and low level players shouldn't be allowed to glamour. want to look good? at least put some effort for it and get to level 50.
Why am I still reading these forums when there are people like this one around...
To me that translates to "low level players shouldn't be allowed to have fun. Want to have fun? at least put some effort for it and get to level 50"
Edit: Instead of making a new post ill reply to the second part from OP here
I don't agree that you should be able to glamour higher lvl req gear to low.
But I do wish ilvl didnt matter.
Because I wanted to glamour ribbon of xx from Mog king to my fisher, but i couldn't because it had higher ilvl.

low level players supposed to wear bad looking gears. they designed the game like that, to convince people to do content and level up to 50 in order to have real fun, real rewards.
Transmog and appearance slots(wow, and eq2) are available at low level in other games. Both have the restrictions of only being able to use the appearance of things you can equip.
Lowbies shouldn't look like level 50+ toons but they should be able to at least match.
I do not agree with this thread!.
I wouldn't care if the glamor option was made available to lower levels, but the level requirement thing needs to stay.
Rather not have low levels running around looking like high levels.
Why does it matter? I don't understand. You still have to put work into getting the items in the first place. This actually helps crafters make more money on higher level gear.
This actually "helps" the game in many ways.
Because the items have a level requirement on them and if you aren't that level you have no business wearing it?
Not possible. Even if you obtained higher level gear, the glamor would fail since you can have glamors of equipment you can actually wear normally. At best you'd be able to run around at level 1 in a Thavnarian Bustier, but that's already possible given it's a level 1 item.
I wouldn't mind them reducing the level requirement a bit. Give it to the same lady who gives you the dye quest and make prisms available in most stores. There you go, one lovely glamor system which is open to all.
