Yeah I'm sure they did...and to this day they still do...but they didn't really "tell the devs" about it. The devs didn't even pay attention to the Alpha forum, let alone the english forums other than feedback and even that is debatable. Perhaps there was threads about it yes, but never told directly to the devs.
Well no, it's not like we could go to SE's doorstep with a written note lol, how else could we communicate to them?
