Firstly, Law tomes are not restricted by a weekly cap, so you can collect them at your leisure. Completing the Daily Roulettes will also net you a ton of Law tomes, if you can't be bothered with the dungeon grind. You are also not forced to do it either. Secondly, there is no reason to have multiple tomes with similar functions all dropping at once. If they did implement this, tomes would have to be placed in separate drop pools. For example, two are placed in Neverreap, and the other two are placed in the Fractal Continuum. My mistake aside, there really isn't much of a reason to having multiple tomes.

As it is, a full set of Law gear is enough for current non-hardcore content. So, let me ask you this; why the rush?

well I would love to know the answer to this too.

why do people throw a fit because they can't have all there jobs in "ilvl 200" in a month or ideally less then so they can complain there is not enough content available and end up unsubing for 2 months while the rest of us suffer with longer queues in DF and alot of people will only play 1 job for most of the time.
