    Don't know about you guys but after playing MCH from the start of 3.0 i really can't stand anymore casting the ability..... Missing the bard from 2.x.....

    Leveled summoner just to get machinist. Reach 52 with machinist, zzz. I feel I might as well go back to summoner if casting must be a thing.

    With machinist at least u can plan your movement or even have freedom of movement compared to bard.

    Move when u have procs. Plan movement withholding procs and when to effectively use ammo.

    Bard on the other hand got..... NOTHING other than using faint or switch off wm.

    Machinist is designed well around GB no doubt.

    Which never procs in time unless you purposely delay your next weaponskill. Machinist requires forecasting and planning with ammo consumption, bard used to require fast reaction to pick up procs or else you'd waste them (which is now rendered moot because WM more or less disallows this). Both jobs also play nearly identical to each other under the effects of GB/WM, except MCH was designed around it so it flows more naturally when it comes to watching for procs and planning ahead.

    Front page was updated with this in 3.01. Not sure if anyone has updated since then. For now my stat weights have been based off this:

    w/ GB
    WD - 10.71
    Dexterity - 1.000
    Determination - 0.125
    Critical Hit Rate - 0.140
    Skill Speed - 0.020
