If that was true then Windower wouldn't have had a cease and desist...no matter how you see it, its against the ToS...its not there for your enjoyment...or complaining3rd party software must manipulate, damage or interact in some way with the program FINAL FANTASY XIV in order to be in violation of ToS. Asking my operating system to display programs to me in a certain way IS NOT A VIOLATION OF ToS! That's like saying using 2 monitors automatically makes you in violation of ToS.
