try it with crafted gear, ovemelded with mind materias. Also move all the given stat points from int to mind. And eat mind buff food. Forget int, foget dmg, you will be here to heal ^^

The problem is that mind on casters don't increase with the same speed as the HP of all the jobs. So you have to push the mind yourself.
Or ask SE for a DoM universally gear set that heales and casters can wear, with int and mind on it (like the pre 50 gears).
