the drop of wanderer palace was i55 you are right, but amdapor was 60 i'm sure of this. they did change the table of drop later same for pharos sirius that was i60. but that not the point, by chaining amdapor (doable with the AF) you was gaining phylo and i60 gears then....

Yes, Amdaport was 60. It went i55-60-70-90 at release. Your primal weapons and allagan weapon skewed things at points but the sets were based around that. i80 came later with LotA's release for a end upgrade path of i55-60-70-80-90.

Most of the player-base were not doing Amdapor in just their AF. The dps check of Demon Wall at release was a huge block for a lot of people.

illvl 70 gear (darklight) and ilvl 90 with capped tomes , i was able to buy Darklight chest after 2 days farming Amdapor (the old run to door and die made it faster to be fair)
