Apologies if this has been discussed before, but I believe the way fixed evasion skills (Featherfoot and the evasion portion of Dark Arts on Dark Dance) has changed in 3.0.
In 2.0 they just added to the level-based formula to calculate your dodge, which meant in high end raids they never worked and thus Featherfoot was a completely worthless crossclass for warriors outside of 4man content.
In 3.0 though, along with a slight nerf from 20% to 12%... I believe featherfoot and Dark Dance actually work fully in raids? Certainly we've been seeing Dodges in various content.
Is this just because it's entry level stuff, or is it confirmed that Featherfoot will always be a full 12% chance to dodge even in the nastiest of raids? If so, doesnt that make Featherfoot one of the strongest Warrior crossclasses now, and worth taking over Awareness/Second Wind? Even spells can be dodged, so whilst it's unreliable it feels like a noticeable cooldown to use.
