Anyone else getting seriously aggrivated by the alexander normal loot system?

Join a PF group that is doing 4 runs and you only have to do 4 runs.

Not if multiple people are looking for the same piece of loot and RNG decides to screw you over.

RNG is RNG. You could lose your rolls for 3 attempts, and then the item you needed didn't drop on the 4th, the one where you SHOULD'VE won loot. Congrats, back to the queue with you, watch as the rest of the PUG you gathered leaves and goes about their day.

I have no problem getting 8 pieces a week (I have 2 characters). I don't PUG or join PUGs. Really not understanding people's difficulty or frustration with this.

I don't like having to go through something a dozen times rolling things like 4, 14, or 27 and getting beaten by a 92 after I roll an 87 and finally getting lucky on a 45 roll because nobody else needed that piece on the 12th time I try.

Because it's a weekly, something done each week should not be this time consuming.
If you are playing 2 seperate characters you are obviously the type that plays this game a considerable amount and it doesn't bother you. People who can't play all the time this drives nuts.

Then I would say take what you can get there are 13 jobs to gear in the game that you could gear up as long as you get something it is a upgrade after all. Not really worth doing more runs. The way I do alex is hit need on everything so I can finish faster.

There are people in my FC who can't play more than 2 hours a day and they aren't complaining... I'm assuming everyone's just going about it the wrong way. Probably only using DF and only lotting on certain items. That's just asking for disappointment and wasted time.

Why would you waste a roll on something that you don't need? That is nonsensical, of course people are going to wait for a drop they want, this becomes even more important when you start getting down to the last few pieces you need. It's a ridiculous loot system.

How exactly is it even possible to not need something at this point? If you're being silly and only gearing 1 job, maybe. That would kind of be your own fault though.

Just throwing it in my two cents; I started farming A3 today at 11am and finally got my spring 7hrs later. I had taken a break in between to eat and just walk away from my PS4 a bit. I think it was implemented wrong to add a token system that isn't a token system for Alex EZ Mode. I kinda lost my cool at one point and shouted in LS "They need a token system for the damn token system!!"
