Ninja is the worst melee at single target DPS (arguably), and clearly the worst DPS in the game at AoE.

I agree, that NIN AE dmg is not the best, yet I think monks got it worse. As many said before, NIN is NOT the worst single target DPS(maybe you are doing something wrong? dunno)

Proposed changes: Duality allows crit hits and also works with Death Blossom. Dream Within a Dream needs its potency increased to 150.
Huh? You'd seriously use Duality with DB? wtf?...
These two changes would go a long way in making Ninja more competitive.

Also, as stated before NIN is already competitive.
