I think i'll use Lightspeed now for resurrect people (-2,5 seconds and -25% mp reduction will save my MP so hard). 10 seconds for heavy healing will be useless because the GCD. You will cast 3 spells (or 4 if you are fast) with the same amount of healing potency.... (oh but you can move! (very situational)).
The change is ok but not impresive.

How about we can link it with Synastry. Using Synastry then LS+Benefic II might very well save 2 lives at the same time. The problem is, err, you need to be pretty fast lol.
