There is nothing wrong with DPS meters.

The problem is people like the OP, because of people like this SE believe we as a community are not mature enough for an Official DPS meter. After reading this thread, I guess they do have a point.

Wanting personal reward for performing well is a bad thing? I don't care how good or bad your dps is, I care how good or bad my dps is.

Maybe the issue is players like you who attack people they know nothing about.
