the actual mechanical skill required to clear phase 2 of bismark ex is minimal. it's just a straight dummy parse with a tornado that can be avoided with ease if you lock on properly.

and even then, a player who knows what they're doing can clear bismark ex no problem. dps checks at bismark aren't hard if you know your rotation. you don't need elite dps to clear bismark, a lot of people clear in i160's. to clear bismark ex, your dps just has to be not braindead aka learn your rotation.
