All the paladins need to be perfect is
    1) Make it so that divine veil can not be canceled out by another person's healing ability.

    2) Make Sheltron capable of blocking a magical or physical attack.

    3) Increase the potency on Royal authority to 350 and on savage blade to 210 and on goring blade to 230.

    4) change it so that goring blade's dot does not cancel out Rage of Halone's strength reduction.

    What?

Divine veil is triggered by another party member healing you and when that happens every party member in 15y receives a shield equal to 10% your (the paladin's) max hp that stacks with other shields (a person can be under the effect of Stoneskin, Divine Veil and Galvanize/Nocturnal Sect at the same time)

Goring Blade and Rage of Halone are independent debuffs. A FB -> RB -> Goring Blade -> FB -> SB -> RoH -> FB -> SB -> Royal Authority rotation will pretty much keep both Goring blade's DoT and Rage of Halone's strength debuff up constantly. The Rage of Halone Debuff only falls off for a single Gcd (when you have a 2.5 GCD) before it is reapplied because of the debuff's 20s timer.
