    Actually it is incorrect to say pld brings the only str debuff.

    War's Storm's Path is 10% to ALL damage incuding str.

    That said why bring any other tank then ? Just slap War type DPS, DRK Magic Defense, tell other tanks to go home. PLD has the best Physical Mitigation, DRK Magic, War Offensive.

    RoH and SP stack and currently their is no other source of either maintainable debuff. Delirium is the odd ability out, Dragon Kick has an enhanced -10% int effect.
