In some cases yes it does. How many times have you wiped in DF due to poor performance by people who are "Playing Their character how they want"

Not sure, never asked them, but it always appeared they were doing their job. Many people will at least stick to the role requirement of their job. When I see people calling out other tanks because they are using VIT acc only, and in fact I have been too, been told that I must suck because I use VIT acc. Which in fact in my first post in this thread way back on page one I clearly stated I use both, I will take offense and defend people and myself for doing what their job's primary purpose is.
