    But it would only last until the tank drops low the first time, because if you're not at full then that extra HP no longer exists. It only works as an extra cushion if you're at full, otherwise you've been healed for the same amount as the lower HP tank and therefore have the same HP but one of the two has more STR.

    Other than the cushion which works more than just the first moment cause HoT, fairies, stoneskin and what not will still work their magic on the tank, it's less stress for the healer and more place for party member mistakes. As I said earlier, it's ok to go mixed to full STR in certain situations but it's not the always right thing to do cause if you were an healer you'd see the messy tanks that are filling the DR/DF/PFs etc. That's one of the reasons I don't queue as healer anymore.
