    What should a written rule is if you have a blm. Everyone including the tank grabs the totems so the blm can cast uninterrupted.

    Same with adds in boss rooms. They die, so if the other dd isn't a blm, should be killing them alone.

    At least during the totem boss you can just spam Scathe while running around - As a monk I lose my greased lightning and all buff/debuffs. Thats a 49% Damage boost and 27% attack speed that I have to spend 7-9 GCD's building back up. The other DPS jobs maybe, but if you have a monk you should yield to them at least on the totem boss.
