The only content they do not release straight to the duty finder is content that is, at the time, far too difficult for the average DF group. DF content is typically easy enough to do completely blind, as there are only a handful of make or break mechanics that can be explained in a few lines of text. Basically, DF content is standardized to require minimal coordination and communication. Stuff like savage hough? That is (hopefully) being designed to be challenging enough that you will NEED to communicate and plan with a group that works well together. If they were to put it in DF, there would be an uproar of people here complaining about how their groups all yelled at them and ragequit in DF, because most people in DF do not want to communicate or plan at all.

How can you really say this? How do you even know that its to difficult if we aren't allowed to try it.
