Just because you didn't get the same rng as the others doesn't mean they are exaggerating. There's time where I've pull a spire 5x in a row even with shuffle. That means I've went 2.5mins pulling nothing but the same card over and over and there's run where I never even pull a sing ewer. Shuffle doesn't really help "control" rng since more often than not, you will pull the same card after shuffling it, putting that cd to waste. So yea, rng is rng. Not everyone will get the same result as others.
