D/C Symbol without D/Cing

Anyone know what would cause this?

I get the D/C symbol next to my name every 10-20 seconds, lasts for 1-2 seconds then disappears. I dont lag, no input issues, things continuing to work flawlessly except for the random 90k error every now and then, which I think might be related

but im getting this symbol this often, without ever actually being D/C

I get it to along with rubberbanding/lag spikes. Its worth to note im on PS4 using TWC 100mbps (DFW area). I also know PSN is havin issue as of late so i figured that might not be helping things.

thing is, I dont rubberband at all or get lag spikes, even when I get this symbol that lasts literally like a second. I eventually get 90002..but I know there is an issue here..just trying to figure it out. Makes it hard to do anything.

happens if u get a couple seconds of packet loss since a node between u and server could be a issue

I do get a timeout during tracert as the same location..every time, but my ISP says there is nothing wrong.

Been 9002ed a few times but like I said mostly rubberbanding/lag spikes.
