Ravana EX Knock back

Tonight we were doing Ravana ex and even when I turned my back and untargeted him I still got the knock back and the debuff. Anyone else had this problem.

You may have had an attack go off at the same time as seeing side, when I know it's coming up I tend to allow my rotation so that doesn't happen. You don't need to turn around or disengage. You can still auto attack just not use a weapon skill

Correct. For Dark Knights, you can still use spells like Dark Passenger and Unmend.

Just a small thing that may help w/ this:

When Ravana casts "Seeing XYZ" he's locked in place, and the stomp that he does after also locks him in place. So if you move left for Seeing Left or right for Seeing Right then you can get a last GCD in before moving back to the front and not attacking anymore. Helps your DPS/aggro generation and also keeps you from doing accidental actions.

why are you turning around anyway? you can't block/parry and auto attacks still connect.

You can auto attack him during Seeing moves, you don't have to turn. I always just rotate with the group to get in a GCD as well. One GCD then back to the front.
