New Rare Spawn FATE's in Heavensward: How they work.

I would like it if you would update your posts with an exact position of the 2nd FATE's where you fought them as we are still missing the second location of the 2nd FATE.

I've seen Part 2 spawn west and east of Tailfeather. The east one's on the road towards Coerthas Western Highlands. It spawned there again today. Updated the post with X,Y.
