Bard and Wanderer's Minuet use it

I rolled main bard as well, and find this equally frustrating.
If everyone doesn't use Bard as 'new' intended, then they'll have to change it.

So, the players who like it and/or plan to roll bard and are completly fine with a few 1.5s cast times can go f**k themselves?
