Other games are bringing people on different servers together, while I can't even communicate with someone in a duty Lol.

And really, 4 bosses for the end game. Even WoW gives at least 10 per raid tier.

    We get 4.
Yes, because WoW puts ALL of their current focus into their raids, neglecting everything else. FF spreads out their content resources over many aspects of endgame, not just raids for shinies. Try finding a story close to HW's caliber in WoW's current expansion, WoD. Every game company has their strengths and weaknesses. I could literally point out a weak point in every MMO I've ever played.

If I recall, SE actually does have the capability to allow /tells in dungeons if they wanted to. There was a big debate about this during the ARR release. I believe SE's stance was they didn't want people harassing fellow players in /tells during or after the dungeon for subpar play, or something of the like. I don't agree with that, as you can still do that in party, but it sounds like a stance SE would take. They do everything they can to ensure this game has a friendly environment.

P.S. I believe something like 6% of people cleared up to Final Coil in ARR before HW came out, or something of the like. So they'd be using a lion's share of their resources to design extensive raids for 6-10% of the population. I'm a fan of raiding/challenges, but this is not that smart from a business perspective.
