    FATEing in general is not a good way to grind (and SE has been trying to disincentivize it for years, hence why the numbers are low). The new HW dungeons are by far the best and fastest way to level. FATEs, Levequests, and Hunts are what you do in the meantime while waiting for your queue to pop.
    Or you could have just answered with this rather than making something up... I agree its not the best way to necessarily grind. But there has been zero indication that they are trying to "disincentivize" anything about it.

    With the above adjustments, it will become easier to complete FATEs even with a small group, and you'll be able to earn more experience points.

    We're currently working on this, and we're aiming to implement this as quickly as possible.
