Weekend off!Speed varies too depending on method; you can power through if you skip sidequests and just dungeon grind + do your storyline D: . . . but I'm a total quest nut and it took me near a week ._.;
Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means

Took me about 2 weeks to get to 60.

@Tonkra, you're an idiot. Sorry but really, don't say everyone. I'm not with you and you're just baseless.
You're not a genius game designer, so quit trying to be one.
Crafting is mostly useless here. They've already stated that crafted gear won't be endgame after the snafu that was coil apparently.I get what you're saying, but I disagree D:
It doesn't make sense that say, a level 1 carpenter should be able to make something like a carbuncle table, or have a naked lv1 goldsmith handle a horn you just ripped out of Ifrit's still smoking noggin' without sustaining 3rd degree burns.
And I think that gating some of the vanity stuff behind levels + rare mats is a good idea, it gives people who really want that superawesomevanity set something to work toward instead of it being like "Oh, you logged in? That's good enough, here you go!"
That said, I'd agree more with the furniture thing if furniture was what Carpenters did, and not "a little of them thrown on everyone because why not".
EQ2 level 90 carpenter. Why? For the furniture.

I agree, outside of vanity/furniture and food... crafting has little-to-no use but a timefillerCrafting is mostly useless here. They've already stated that crafted gear won't be endgame after the snafu that was coil apparently.

I'm an addict D: That, and it would make sense for carpenters to tackle wood based things, goldsmith to tackle ornate stuffs... I wouldn't expect a carpenter to lay out a buffet! haha
As much as I enjoy crafting, I do have to admit that I hope that in the future it does have more of a use than timefiller/vanitybooster/furnishingmaker. I want to do something worthwhile :3
Have a wonderful day!![]()

Thank goodness this read existed, I needed a good laugh today lol.

Level grind is alright i guess lol
Its kinda an FF thing i guess lol

Lol how else will they pad out the main scenario quest without lvl locking you out of progression and forcing you to grind exp hours on end? Trust me this will never happen..
