You can also use a Thundercloud proc during your AF3 rotation when using after F1 (UI3 -> F3 -> F4 x2 -> F1 -> [F4x2 and T3p in any order] -> B3). With this, you can use a Thundercloud proc that otherwise would be wasted and you can use B1 instead of T1 in your UI3 rotation. You can also save them and use them when you have to move. In the case of having both Firestarter and Thundercloud, in most situations T3p will have a higher potency (remaining thunder dot <15s).

Regarding crit: Somebody did the maths for it already, don't know about the weights though.
It should also be noted that ALL secondary stats are now weighted less, so it is probably wise to go with the higher iLvl gear most of the time.

You can with current SS get F4 > F4 > F1 > F4 > F4 in your third Enochian rotation, even if you have to Thunder after B4 in the previous UI phase. There would be no benefit to higher SS in this case.

I said fifth, as in 2xF4 - F1 - 3xF4. With the SS right now, you have enough time to cast 3xF4 after F1 and still get B3 off during AF3, if you have to move to dodge or whatever after your first F4. Enochian timers permitting, of course. That made me think if it was possible to get enough SS to add an extra F4 to the third rotation for some extra DPS.

Could use swiftcast on B4 or F4 to "save" cast time (as both cast times are 3 seconds - reducing it to the 2.5 GCD). But in the opener its better on F3 because its a 3.5 second cast - that is a saving of 1 second

Also, spellspeed is better on higher cast time spells (larger reduction).

Creme Brulee if you don't need the accuracy and can reach the SSPD cap on the food, Marron glace if you need the accuracy.

I dont really understand how accuracy works in FFXIV as well. Back in my wow time, we had to have "hit" rating so our spells dont miss. Here I never noticed a miss message.

I can answer for you, 540 for A4S. 530 for A3S. I don't know the 2 other turns but they are pretty low. You need to hit a certain cap to hit the boss 100% of the time so it's a stat that you need more over time over a static 7,.5% Hit Rating like WoW. WoW is too simple ~.~
