I can't post detailed reply ATM due to being at work and writing from my phone. But it requires you to have access to a computer/laptop (macs included). From your comp you set up the VPN server and connect an ethernet cable from your PS4/PS3 to your PC.

Ah I see, thanks very much. Are there any safety precautions when doing this like security issues? If you have anymore info to pass along I would appreciate it.
