Fending vs. Slaying accessories at this point in the game

if someone needs slaying accessories to keep aggro, they have other issues to worry about.

Aggro issues can come if you want to use GB and RA on your rotation while WAR OT goes ham with full STR spec, but if you use oldschool 1-2-3 then there is never any issues but you really want to use RoH now just for STR debuff.
