I don't think SE will make any change in short time. Better find our own solution to give Bard best performance, what I'm really wish is to reduce our cast time and GCD as a replacement losing our auto attack.

One way to hopefully speed up the process of them actually listening is to simply keep talking about it, kind of annoying people who don't play the class in the first place get in the way though.
